We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
If you are located outside the UK, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
During peak periods (including Ramadan, Eid, Black Friday, Christmas and other high-demand seasons), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
4. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping on orders over £30
Orders under £30 will have shipping calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery location.
Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier services
Weather conditions
Postal disruptions
Customs processing
Events outside our control

6. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at naymazfoods@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
