Are your products halal?

Not all of our products may be halal certified; however, we have carefully reviewed them to ensure they are made using halal ingredients. If you have any specific questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on the courier. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
We use trusted third-party delivery services such as Royal Mail and Evri.
Please note that during peak times (such as Ramadan or holidays), deliveries may take slightly longer.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free UK shipping on orders over £30.
Shipping costs for orders under £30 are calculated at checkout.

Can I return food products?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on food products.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us — we will always work to keep our customers happy wherever possible.
