Returns & Refund Policy
At Naymaz Foods, we take food safety and product quality seriously.
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns on any food products unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Rice
Flour
Spices & Seasonings
Sweets
Grocery Items
We are unable to accept returns on any opened or used items under any circumstances.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To report an issue, email naymazfoods@gmail.com with:
Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photographic evidence of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will confirm whether a replacement or refund will be issued.

Return Eligibility
If a return is approved, the item must:
Be unopened
Be in its original packaging
Be in the same condition as received
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If a return is approved for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
